Give your help center a branded address, such as help.example.com.
In TurboHelp, go to Admin → Help Desk → Domains and select Add domain. Enter your full domain name.
At your DNS provider, create a CNAME record:

help(or the full domain, if your provider requires it)Points to:
customers.turbohelp.app
If your DNS provider offers proxying, set this record to DNS only (gray cloud).
Return to TurboHelp and select Refresh status. TurboHelp also checks automatically every five minutes. Once the status says Connected, you can choose Make primary.
You can have one external domain per help center. To replace it, make your built-in TurboHelp domain primary, delete the old external domain, then add the new one.
